Mr. Langone has been practicing law for eighteen years and has been in the Northern Virginia Area since 1999. Mr. Langone has graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance, cum laude, from Northeastern University in 1989 and was employed in the financial service and insurance industries before his legal career as he now advises clients on estate planning issues, including wills and trusts. After graduation from Nova Southeastern University law school, Mr. Langone had a successful career as a prosecutor in the state of Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Langone has practiced bankruptcy law since 1998 and has done thousands of chapter 7 personal and business bankruptcy cases to help stop foreclosures and garnishments. Mr. Langone also has experience in chapter 13 bankruptcy cases and chapter 11 individual and business reorganizations. Mr. Langone has been practicing immigration law including family petitions for legal permanent residence, work VISA's, fiancé VISA's and citizenship naturalization since 2005 and his law partner, Mr. Anthony Fasullo practices in all areas of immigration law, including deportation, removals, cancellation of deportation, dream act and employment & Labor certifications and employment VISA's and investment VISA’s. Mr. Langone has extensive trial and litigation experience over the past eighteen (18) years in business law, family law and uncontested divorces, personal injury and traffic and criminal law. Mr. Langone is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Massachusetts and Florida, including Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy courts. Mr. Langone is currently serving part-time as a Judge Advocate in the JAG Corps in the Virginia State Guard, commonly known as the Virginia Defense Force and served in the United States Coast Guard, Auxiliary for twelve years, including as a legal assistance attorney.
