Anthony A. Fasullo was born in the Washington, DC, however his father’s job with the United States government provided him with the opportunity to live throughout Latin America, Argentina, Bolivia, Costa Rica and Peru before settling down in Fairfax, Virginia. He double majored in Political Science and Spanish and double minored in International Studies and Latin American Studies at the College of Charleston in South Carolina (Bachelor of Arts Degrees 1998). He studied law at the District of Columbia School of Law and graduated with honors in 2005. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar (2006), the Virginia Supreme Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and New Jersey State Bar (2006). Mr. Fasullo began his legal career prior attending law school as a paralegal with the immigration law firm of Gutjahr & Montagut, PLLC. After law school Mr. Fasullo joined the civil and criminal litigation division of the Law Office of Stephen Quantannes in Alexandria Virginia. Mr. Fasullo practices not only in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but in Immigration Courts of New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Miami and Texas. His professional memberships include the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Fairfax Bar Association.
